Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required for all packages and appointments. All deposits are non-refundable. We will allow you to transfer your deposit to another individual provided we receive a minimum 7 days’ notice in writing to info@sculptlab.com.au
Cancellation rules
While we appreciate that things do come up last minute, we are unfortunately unable to fill cancellation in less than 24 hours. Therefore, all appointments cancelled within a 24 hour period will be forfeited. A new appointment will be charged at the same rate as the cancelled appointment unless it was related to a specific promotion or sale period. We look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon.
Late Arrival
We aim to service you and all of our wonderful clients in a timely manner so please arrive on time or 5 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals over 5 minutes will see your treatment deducted by the same amount of time in which you are late beyond the 5 minutes.
